This question seems rhetorical. Of course it is. A good memory these days means not only saving time, which we undoubtedly have too little of, but also better self-esteem and self-confidence associated with the problem-free recall of memorized information.
Where do we start?
The oldest technique we will get to know comes from the ancient period. The others were developed by famous psychologists, and numerous studies confirming their effectiveness encourage us to get to know them more closely. What I offer you in this module is a collection of the most effective methods and techniques extracted from a huge amount of scientific materials, courses and trainings.
Each of us, as an adult, has gone through a longer or shorter educational path. Our children are either starting this path, are in the middle of it or are approaching its formal end. How much easier and more enjoyable would learning be if we, as adults, learned all the techniques that support effective learning at the beginning of our educational path?
