O Programie
"Investing in knowledge always brings the greatest profits" Benjamin Franklin Is it worth having a better memory? This question seems rhetorical. Of course it is. A good memory in today's world means not only saving time, which we undoubtedly have too little of, but also better self-esteem and self-confidence associated with the easy recall of memorized information. As we already know from the "Foundations of Science" module, there are a number of factors that directly and indirectly affect our memory, cognitive functions and learning processes. We know what and how can improve our ability to absorb knowledge and what can limit it. In this module, we will take a closer look at effective learning techniques. The oldest technique we will get to know comes from antiquity. The others were developed by famous psychologists, and numerous studies confirming their effectiveness encourage us to familiarize ourselves with them more closely.
